Privacy Policy

• Information you give us. When you request our free kit or join our email list, we collect your email address. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit our site or use our signup form, our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, which Pinterest pin brought you here).
• Email engagement. Our emails may record whether a message was opened and which links were clicked, so we can tell what’s useful and remove inactive addresses.

• To deliver the free kit and any resources you request
• To send our welcome emails, tips and occasional offers related to marketing a cleaning business
• To answer your questions and replies
• To understand which content and pages are working, and improve them
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and we’ll stop sending marketing emails to that address. You can also email us at hello@bookedclean.com and ask to be removed.

We share information only with companies that help us run BookedClean, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• GoHighLevel, which hosts our signup form, stores our contact list and sends our emails
• Google Cloud, which hosts this website
• Google Fonts, which loads the fonts on this site
• Canva, when you open our templates (Canva’s own privacy policy applies once you’re on Canva)

Some links on our site and in our emails are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those companies may use cookies or similar tools to track that the referral came from us. Once you leave our site, the other company’s privacy policy applies, not ours.

Our signup form and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to make the form work, remember your consent choices and measure performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if you do.

We keep your email address and related information while you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterward to honor unsubscribe requests and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@bookedclean.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll respond to requests as the law requires.

BookedClean is built for business owners. Our site and emails are not directed to anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
